We have obtained 20 patents for direct current plasma melting furnaces. The design and manufacturing capacity of equipment capacity ranges from 50 kVA to 30,000 kVA. The process of extracting and enriching rare and precious metals from raw ores, catalysts and industrial solid wastes is mature with a high yield. The yield of smelting 75# ferrosilicon from metal silicon cutting mud and metal silicon slag is high. The recovery rate of non-ferrous metals by directly putting waste circuit boards into the furnace for melting is high. The calcium aluminate smelting process is mature and the product quality is good. The circuit adopts the rectification working system of high-speed railways. There is no interference to the power grid. It has a wide range of applications. The types of elements that can be smelted include: metals such as iron, copper, nickel, cobalt, lead, zinc, tin, antimony, bismuth, gold, silver, chromium, molybdenum, magnesium, manganese, tantalum, niobium, platinum, rhodium, palladium, vanadium, titanium, and iridium. The varieties of raw materials that can be smelted include: metal alloys, ores, tailings slag, solid waste, hazardous waste, various smelting slag, dust removal ash and other materials.
